The Arkansas Fire Training Academy (AFTA) is utilized to obtain IFSAC-certified classes in the state of Arkansas. We will utilize the classes and resources that they offer to ensure that every member of PRFD has the opportunity to obtain the professional credentialling that they desire. Before registering for a class please fill out form 428 and ensure that you have officer-level approval. If multiple people are requesting the same class from the AFTA please ensure that the training division is involved as the process will be streamlined.

Natural Fools
The Natural Fools are a group of firefighters in NWA who are passionate about training and the fire family. They put on several training events throughout the year that you’ll be sorry if you missed.
